Do you think they are close????

I have 3/7 girls laying. They started 2 weeks ago, at 21 weeks. The 4 remaining that are not laying yet are 2 BO's and 2 BR's. I assumed that they would all lay pretty close together, since they all had big red wattles and combs, and all started squatting at the same time. Well today I noticed that one of the BO's comb and wattles and face was REALLY red today, and then later in the morning noticed her in a nest box. No egg though. Then one of the BR's kept going in and out of a nest box. No egg. Then later, I went out to check again, and noticed that someone had actually made a nest in the nestbox, but again no egg!!!! Are we close though????

I have a BO hatched 3/20 that has yet to lay an egg... her comb and wattles are getting large and red, so I'm expecting one any day now from her.
