Hey,
well its my first time hatching eggs and as a friend is away, we are collecting the eggs and we don't want to eat them because they are fertilised and we want to hatch some!

I collected 9 eggs on 28th December. Then 3 on the 29th and then 3 again on the 30th.

on the 29th and 30th, they were the same:
1 small white egg, 1 large lighter brown (tan) egg and 1 medium darker brown egg.

But there were only 3.

With the 9 eggs, i set the hatch date correctly to the time collected - the 28th.
But my parents and i think that they must have been 3 days old to get that many eggs.

So do I stop rotating them 18 days from the 28th or do i presume that they are 3 days old and stop rotating 18 days from the 26th?

Tell me your opinion?!?!
PLEEEAAASE!

You start day 1 from the time you put them in the incubator if it's before noon. But if set after noon that day then the following day is day 1. Then count 18 days later to stop turning.

ok! thank you! I just wasnt sure because she had been sitting on them!

I don't know if she is broody or not! lol she's not mine and I cant contact the owners until they are back from holidays! uh oh...
