Do you think, as a buyer, people would be interested in a variety pack of turkey eggs?

2 eggs from 4 different breeds, all pure, seperated for breeding, sold in one auction.

I just listed an auction like that on ebay. I was thinking- some people may like to have a chance at a variety of turkey eggs rather than an auction for one certian breed. That way they can raise them together and see which they like best OR like me who likes them all.

Also thought someone who has a few different breeds maybe interested as it would give them a chance at raising a few birds for new bloodlines of each to add to their flock.

Sure! I like to hatch, but I can't keep turkeys. So, I beg/steal/cajole mutt eggs from friends & neighbors who buy the chicks back. Who cares about lineage if you are just going to eat them?

A variety, for breeders, is a good deal too.

I saw your auction and I would have bid on it but I've already exceeded my limit this year on turkeys....VGI and there is a crazy egg auction on here that you could put them on...don't go there to look or you'll be over limit too.....

Yes, I think it's a good idea. Another auction that may bump your sales would be a "you choose" type, where you give them the option of which breeds and how many of each breed they get. Just an idea. Personally, I wouldn't be able to bid on your variety pack, but that's because I have very limited space, and all of my birds are currently penned together, not to mention free-range together. Eventually I'll have to make seperate pens and figure something else out, since I'll eventually have three breeds of duck.
