Do you turn the eggs on their first day in the incubator?

It's been a year since I last hatched, so I totally don't remember... Do you turn the eggs on their first day? I'm setting the eggs today, and I TOTALLY forgot about this until I was about to put the eggs in the 'bator!!! Sorry... xP Thanks!

I turned mine on their first day... So far they seem fine to me.

I've recently heard about leaving them in the bator without turning for a day so that the aircells will "set" or something like that. Never heard of it before.

Oh, that reminds me, I have to go turn my eggs...
