Do young peacocks like toys?

I have a pair of IB peacocks that will be a year old this summer. I noticed that they will pick up sticks, feathers and anything else that they can find in their pen and flip them around....almost as if they are playing with them. These are my first peafowl and I am learning as I go.

My question is this: would they amuse themselves with "toys" and if so, what would they like?

I gave my peachicks toys when they were kids. They liked shiny things (like the foil krinkle cat balls, or the 'cage' balls with shiny jingles in the center [http://www.homehardware.ca/products/300/59202481.jpg] like these, but they are fragile so don't give them to adults). They loved the mirror I put in, with a bell under it. It escapes me what else we gave them to try... but the short answer is yes. They will play with toys.
