Do your chickens enter/exit their coop in the same order each day??

I've noticed over the past few weeks that the "bottom" chicken is always the first out in the morning and the "top chicken" always comes out last. At night, it's the reverse: the "top chicken" hangs outside the coop for a minute or two before following the others in. Kind of like she's closin' up shop or something. Funny chicken habit?

Do you have a rooster? If you don't, then maybe she's taking on the roll of watching over everyone. I have a rooster, but I don't see any patterns of who goes in or out first. It's usually the most daring, curious chicken that is out first with my chickens, and that's Greta and Ginger, but they're not top chickens.

We have a small flock of 6 hens, and no roo. We don't see any pattern when they exit in the morning, but there's a definite pattern at night. Our 2 fattest girls are always last to go in, and they linger longer if we stand guard as it gets dark out.

The pecking order among ours isn't obvious though, they all seem to get long really well. We know who the top 2 are generally, but even they get pushed around now and then.
