More so in young birds (only a few months)

When they fall on their back they can get back up

This happens with mine. Sometimes he will try getting up the ramp on his pool by hopping up at where the ramp meets water ,then he will only catch it by one claw ,then flip over as he falls. Then he just sits on his back ,fails for about 20 seconds ,then just gives up and lays limp

poor little guy... I've had bunches of scovie drakes of all ages and never seen that. Maybe he has balance issues
