Does a 1 day old button quail with a bib mean.....

Hello!
I had some day old button quail chicks hatch yesterday and I know they are blue faces, but they have a yellow bib under their chins. Does this mean they are males?

No, you will most likely need to wait for the adult feathers to come in at about 5-6 weeks. sometimes you can tell before, like 4 weeks. Good luck.
