Does a puffy chest have anything to do with chick gender?

Supposedly we got all pullets, but I know there is still at least a 10% chance we have some roos. I've noticed two of our seven have puffy chests (both EE) Does this have anything to do with gender in your experience? They are also two of the most easy going.

The puffy chest is most likely a result of a full crop. That means they are getting enough to eat, not an indication of gender.
