Does any one do International shipping to New Delhi - India

My guess is no one will ship overseas. Regulations are too strict and costly to do so. There are a few people who will ship overseas but the price would be very expensive, time consuming, and the buyer may never receive the live birds, because of government(s) regulations. Hatching eggs will not survive this long process, therefore live birds are the only choice.

There will be some sort of agency that regulates agriculture in your country. That is the place to start. They can tell you what you must do to get poultry into the country. What testing, what quarantine.

If you are willing to pay for all of that, I am sure you can find someone who will ship.

Time isn't an issue. Birds or eggs can be put on a plane and be there in less than a day. Shipping crates and the shipping costs would be expensive and the seller of the birds would have to drive to the airport and would want at least gasoline costs.

Bringing birds into India might be easiest from Britain, because of long established trade. There are lots of nice birds in Britain.

To ship birds is very expensive, so they would have to be very special birds and not something you could get locally.

Its not a real big deal guys. Here in California there are exportors of poultry to other countries. I have my birds in the Phillipines now because I was able to ship them to an exporter. The exporter goes through the necessary paperwork and health check and then sends them out when they are approved. No sweat, so yes it is hassle free. It is not cost free and can cost well over $100.00 a bird but there are people out there willing to pay for it. The real neat thing is you are not shipping the birds overseas, the exporter is. They do the necessary work.
