Does any one remember this?

Hi, a while back I saw a pic of a coop that was soooo cute, it had plaques/signs with the chickens names on them hanging on the run and I would like to do a project with my daughter and make something similar to this. I was hoping someone remebered or knew whos coop this was so we could get some ideas. Thank you for your help.
