I picked up my cracked/coarse ground cornmeal this afternoon! Hopefully I will be baking bread this week. The cornmeal yeast bread looked fabulous to me.

It does look like a killer recipe. I'll have to go pick up some cornmeal. My SO is a HUGE fan of breads and loves corn bread, so hopefully I can make frugal's recipe without destroying it for him. I can cook well, but baking is another story.

Also have to give kudos to Frugal and BigMike, their recipe postings are fantastic!!! A man cooking has not happened in my life soo I'm thrilled to see there are good men out there who do enjoy it and share with us!!!! Hat's off to you Both!!!!
