Does anyone have an idea what this is?

I have a chicken who became lethargic and I noticed a lot of poo on her feathers around her vent so when I was checking her out I found this kind of wrapped up in the feathers and poo just under her vent. It is about 3 inches long, hollow, and skin like and soft.

I'd appreciate any ideas

It looks like an egg membrane. I'd give her a human calcium pill.

I gave her a calcium pill dissolved in water with some honey. She perked up after that. Should I continue to give her one every day?

I'd probably do it every other day for a few days and see if she starts to lay normal eggs.
