Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has information or feedback on some of the best breeders of White Cochins in the USA? (Bantams AND Standards)

I don't show birds, but I do like to get stock birds of good quality every couple years, and I just would like to know of some rising names out there....and if they have contact info?

Thanks & Take Care,
Bill.

p.s. feel free to email me here with any info you can share.

You could go to the ABA website to see who has star wins on their card, and contact them. There are also several breeders on here who have very pretty white birds. Just find the Cochin threads, browse through all the pictures, and check out their websites/BYC pages. I don't know who they all are offhand, and I don't want to slight anyone by leaving them out, so I'll mention only one: Harvest Breeze Farm. They are near me, and I am looking foreward to meeting them and seeing their birds at a show this year. Their website has some of the most heart-melting pics of Cochins and Silkies. I might try to buy a pair of whites from them this summer.

Thanks Everyone!

I did know about those breeders already and have checked out the cochin forums, but I just wanted to see if anyone here knew of others to add to the list. :)

Thanks Again for all your input, I always appreciate it.
Take Care,
Bill.

I vote for Tom Roebuck. If you can't find him on the 'net, I can pm you his website link.

Isn't it ironic that only intelligent people understand the meaning of "ignorance is bliss"?

.Ignorance doesn't mean lack of intelligence; it means lack of specific knowledge. Look it up

I did what someone suggested above and went to the ABA web site
Adams Scott of LITCHFIELD, NE has had some great show results.
CARROLL H CRAIG of VILLA PARK IL has a great many wins.

I was surprised to see that their are winners , spread through out the country , winners being defined as people with 6 or more wins. I wish the APA had something like the ABA has on its website, extremely useful.
