Here is Papa,my alpha roo. He is crossed with a rir roo and a buff orp hen. He's the greatest but this pic is not too good. I'll see if I can get a better one.

He is absolutly the best roo I have ever seen. He is not overly aggressive,but keeps order amongst the other roos. He is patient with the hens and always feeds them treats before he lets anyone else have them. He will make the other roos wait until the hens eat and drink before they do.He even protected my dh when a mean black aussie roo attacked him. Papa hit that roo hard and knocked him off his feet. That was one of the few times I had seen him get that aggressive. He was sick one time and lost his place until I nursed him back to health. During that time,choas ruled and the hens were so upset and skittish.
