Does anyone have this incubator?

Hi there, wondering if anyone has this incubator and knows how the heck to get the humidity up in it? I bought it on marketplace for a decent price, found the manual online but the pan it gives just isn't sufficient.. I've tried sponges and even a wet cloth.. I put 3 humidity meters in there and they're all reading different lol
This is my second attempt with the last being 2 hatch out of 38 eggs..i struggled with temp first go but ultimately figured it out for this round BUT the humidity

Did you salt test the humidity gauges to see how far each one is off?
