Get certified to be a NPIP tester in VA? I have read posts, but it seems I can't find anything current (2012). If anyone knows the information needed to contact someone, that would be super!

Have you tried contacting your local cooperative extension? Sometimes they have the answers you can't find anywhere else. Good luck :-)
