Chickens are legal in Leominster, Ma??? my buddy is moving up there and I have told him how much fun I am having with raising my first set of chickens that he wants to get some when he gets up there... I have tried looking on their city website but can't finds a definate answer...any help would be appreciated

Try looking up the town's website. Most of the time they will have the town ordinance posted on the website. If not, they will have a contact number to call.

yeah i tried looking on their website and couldn't really find a definate answer... i was just hoping someone on here was from around that area and maybe knew for sure...I'll keep trying

Go here-> http://www.leominster-ma.gov/

Then, at the left, under "Department", click on "Planning and Development." There you will see a link to a pdf of their current zoning ordinances. It should all be there. Note also there are some changes being proposed.
