Does anyone know the poultry schedule for the Florida State Fair?

I went to Florida Fair last year, they had good amount of chickens and other animals, no breeders were present at the time, person I was trying to get info or dealer contact was a rude, stupid and ignorant a..hole, so I left and I am not going there this year, waste of money and gas.

judging is on feb 5th and if they dont finish it than, than they will on the 6th. ill be there. drop off of chickens is on the 4th and i forgot some of the other things.
