He is a pet!! I was wondering what he was. The feathers on top I thought would be a giveaway on what the breed is.

Maybe a fawn and white crested runner.

There is definately some fawn and white crested runner in there somewhere but that beak and that posture make me think that he's a mix. That looks like a pekin beak alllll the way and that posture is not runnerish at all!
