Does anyone know what breed this guy is?

I got a variety of, supposed, bantams. This guy is HUGE and has a fantastic mullet! When he was young he resembled a silkie, maybe he's a cross between a silkie and Cochin? Any ideas???

Does he have 5 toes on each foot? He surely looks like a silky X.
