Does anyone know what breed this rooster is?

I don't know what breed this is. A friend gave him to me to go with my black and blue Jersey giant hens. She also didn't know what breed he was. I am guessing he is a mixed breed.

Looks like a mixed breed to me, too. He may have some Wyandotte and/or a pea combed bird (like an Easter Eggger) in him.
