I would agree that it may be coryza, which causes stinky discharge from the nostrils and eyes, pinkeye, and is caused by a bacterial respiratory disease which causes sinus infection, coughing, rattles and wheezes. Does she smell really bad? I would separate her from the other chickens. Many people cull chickens with coryza, but if you choose to treat her, she may benefit from sulfa antibiotics such as sulfadimethoxine, bactrim or SMZ TMP, or Albon. You can get that from a vet, or online. Make sure that she is drinking plenty of water often, and try feeding chicken feed mixed with water. Coryza is contagious to all of your other chickens, and will probably recur. Have you had her long or added new birds recently? If you cull her, you can send her body (refrigerate, but don’t freeze) into your state vet for a necropsy to get a diagnosis.
