I don't have much experience with either but have had Barred rocks and a few Delawares. My Delawares have longer legs it seems and no yellowish "bleed-through" on the hackles and saddle or the wings. Even on one of my BR you can see that yellowish color in the same places. So, my bet is on thColumbian Rock.
