Does anyone know what these bumps are on my 3 day olds underside ?

It isn't pasty butt is it? It doesn't look like poo to me but more like a growth .its under the vent and looks like skin. I could be wrong I m a first timer... Could it be from birth? It's raised, round and pink .

Thats whats left of the umbilical cord as it were, nothing to be alarmed at they'll go away before long
