Does anyone process chickens in Central Illinois???

Before deciding how many meaties I will be raising, I wanted to see if I could find someone who processes chickens, preferably around the Peoria area. I have exhausted all my resources and cannot find anyone who does chickens, wild game but no chickens. Anyone have any info on Illinois chicken processors?

There is one in Arcola or Tuscola by the Amish. Other than that, I dont remember another poultry processors in Peoria Co.

Try contacting the local 4H clubs and ask them who they recommend.
