I'm pretty ignorant with all this. Being a newbie and self educating about chicken. If I had to guess though I would say this looks like a Sussex.

Here's a mature Silver Duckwing and as you can tell the chicken above is still growing, I don't believe he is a mix breed

Sorry, the OP said the bird is 5-weeks old--considering the blurry photo I just assumed it was a still-growing single comb.

ETA: Aren't OEG single combed but dubbed? Would a 5-week old OEG really have such a large comb? And already dubbed?

This chick looks to have a very typical mottled chick pattern. Going over to the Ancona thread, very recently somebody posted a picture of a very similar marked bird of a very similar age:

I second absolutely not a silver duckwing, good guess, though. I'm also fairly certain it's Ancona. Looks fairly typical.

Ancona's have single combs as well

not including the solid coloring of the black on the back being that young
