Does anyone weigh their eggs?

I was reading that this is the only way to actually KNOW if you have the humidity right. Each egg is supposed to slowly, at steady rate, go from start weight to 16% less weight at hatch time.

Weigh before and at intervals during incubation, if losing weight too fast, raise humidity, if too slow, lower humidity.

I do not have a scale but wondered if anyone had tried this and how it effected their humidity settings and hatch results.
 
If I had an egg scale my obsessive-compulsive issues would probably go over the top, LOL! I would be weighing hatching eggs, weighing eatin' eggs, and I'd create spreadsheets of data and programs for running data and . . . whew! No scale for me.
