Does my banty frizzle rooster need a hen his size?

Last night while I was locking up my run I noticed that my banty rooster was LOVING my pig's blanket. All my hens are standard size and I also have one standard size rooster. This little frizzle tries to go after my hens, but they just laugh at him. He must be getting really deseperate since he is now after the blanket. Do I get him his own size hen?

How old is he? The big hens may get over themselves as he matures. Plus, he wont be such a horn dog.

Everyone is around the same age. I am quessing around 2 years old
