Does my barred rock hen look sick?

My 8 month old BR hen is acting very bossy, losing feathers and has a pale comb and brown face. (Used to be be red)

Otherwise behaving normally, not sure if she is still laying as I am collecting an average of 4-5 eggs daily from 8 chickens. ( they have slowed due to winter)

Any advice?

Emmm, she could be molting but she looks perfectly normal to me!!
