Does my egg look right

for being day 15? I am mainly talking about the air cell. The first week or so of incubation I didn't have a way to measure my humidity, when I finally could I saw I had it way too high. We are naturally humid here in Texas..woops! Anyway, so I've kept it down since then but I'm scared that it already did damage or something and my chicks will drown when they try to hatch. Does this look right?

That cell looks pretty good for 2 weeks. I'd take out all water until lock down, day 18, to dry it out some more.

Thank you. Its actually bone dry in there and my humidity is still at 30%. Is that bad?
