Does my roo look ok

Hi everyone

Here are two photo of my two Orpington roosters the first one looks normal and then my older one has more red on his face than the first he is also shaking his head side to side I have treated them for parasites so I don't think it's mites they had scaly leg but with a lot of effort they are on the road to recovery. I am worried about new castle disease.

Do you think that there may be something stuck in his ear? A couple of people and magnifying glass may help to determine if that is the case.

Sorry to interfere with your post but i couldnt figure out how to do my own

does anyone know what this is!!! Can't get a vet
