Does she need a trim?

Hi,

see the pic of one of my barred rock, 5 months old. Her beak is hooked. She is eating just fine as far as I can tell. Do I need to trim her beak? Will it keep growing and get really long if I don't trim it?

I like to look of the barred rock and the silver lace together. . .
