Does this 2 day old chicks foot need attention? Photos enclosed

Little chicks foot was like this when she came out of the incubator. The other chicks aren’t pecking at it and neither is she. It’s dry and not weeping, does it need any attention? I was thinking of soaking it in saline today and spraying with purple. Thoughts?

Soaking the foot in warm water with chlorhexidene (Hibiclens) and applying antibiotic ointment twice daily would be what I would do. BluKote is only for minor scrapes. It looks like it may have cut its foot on screen wire. Let us know how the chick gets along.

Soaked it in saline each day and cleansed with chlorhexadine. For approx 4-5 days in a row and the tissue healed over after the damaged tissue pealed away. Her foot is now perfectly healthy thank you so much for your advice!
