Dont see a reason why not. Id maybe remove the dead tree so it doesnt fall on the future fence or coop

I'm in the process of removing the dead tree and all the crap in the corner. Do you think the slant is a problem??

Depends on your construction technique.
Make sure it's not an area where water runs thru and/or puddles during heavy rain.
