Does this baby look alive?

More pics
The second pic doesn't look great but the other ones do, so it's probably fine. It's definitely alive at least. Based on the air cell it looks like it's about 16 days along, but it'll probably hatch slower under a heat lamp. The thermometer you have under it, did you calibrate it?
I would try to find a neighbor with an incubator you could use. Maybe post on a local poultry page? A heat lamp is just not going to work well. I'd definitely get an incubator as soon as possible.

Does anyone think it has a chance hatching under the heat lamp? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on a reasonably priced incubator on amazon?
I got my super cheap amazon 16 incubator from amazon, its pretty bad though. It costed £40 and the turner didn't work properly. Since you're getting close to lockdown, you could get away with something like that if you use a separate calibrated thermometer and hygrometer, since the temp is inaccurate. I can't remember the full name of the product, but it was under amazon 16.
Whatever you do, do not get one of those tiny super cheap ones. (I'm looking at you, egg shaped pink plastic). It's well worth paying enough so that your egg won't get cooked or chilled.
