Does this look like a pair of indigo blues?

I ran across this ad and need a second opinion. They are about 1.5 hour drive away from me, so I wanted to be sure before I made the trip.

And it's spelled India blue. "indigo" is often used but wrong.. if person tries to tell you it's different or unusual in some way from India blue, that's nonsense. Many of indigo users will insist on using that word though!
