does this med work?

My female pekin has been sick for a month with runny eyes and now seems to have lost the ability to repel water off her feathers. The lady at the feed store gave me a med called VETRX has anyone used this? Suggestions?

I haven't used it but I have heard of it and I think many here do use it.
You can do a search for it in the form and you'll probably get a few hits.

I used it for energy when my rooster was weak. I t worked great. I also used it for scaly leg mites and it didnt work good at all.

I looked it up and i think it may help{cant hurt} It should open up her airway if she has a cold and clear up her eyes.my husband thinks her oil ducts arn't working anymore, we had to give her a bath and blow dry her today. Any remedy for that?

It's more likely that she is feeling bad and not preening enought to keep her feathers oiled.

I think your right, but we are on the road to recovery. we are going to massage her oil ducts a couple times a day just to keep things moving.
