I have a local feed mill that has some non soy options available. I was wondering if this looks good you guys? I'm not a feed expert but I have heard that too much field peas can slow down food digestion too much and cause sour crop.
Also I ferment my feed and I have heard that if the feed has meat then it will not ferment well. These both have fish meal in it.
I'm using it exclusively for layers but included the broiler feed because of added protein.
Also the price is per 50lbs bag. The layer feed seems to be about the same price as what I buy from tsc.
