Dog Attached Chicken

I had a neighbor's dog come onto my land and go after my chickens on Sunday. He caught one, but quickly released her.... She seemed okay after checking her thoroughly, not cuts or puncture wounds, but on Monday she had a limp. This morning she didn't eat or drink when she came out of coop which she always eats and drinks first thing. She is just laying around. Do you think she is in shock? Internal injuries? I have been giving her some baby aspirin for her limp which seems to be getting a bit better... She just seems worse today....
