Dog attack, please help, photo included in post.

The neighbours dogs came and attacked 3 of my hens thismorning, 2 were already killed, I disturbed them while they were going after this hen,and they ran off, but she has a nasty wound, and what looks like some missing skin. She cannot walk right now, I am not sure if the legs are broken, no visible injuries, it could be just shock but im not sure. For now she is inside in a box, I have sprayed some colloidal silver onto the wound.
I don't know if I am deluding myself that she can be saved, I am so upset right now. Is there a chance, should I nurse her, or should she be culled. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

clean her up with saline, cover in triple antibiotic or other healing salve, cream or ointment, just make sure that it does not contain painkillers, then wrap gauze around her. let her rest in a dark dog cage.

Thankyou, is it ok to put antibiotic ointment on the open wounds, there is 3 puncture wounds that are a little deep. Is there anything I can give for pain that is safe?

yes you can put it on deep cuts, my ex roo got a bit rough and tore open my ameraucana hen on her side and I just packed the wound with it. there is a pain killer you can use as well but I ant think of the name of it. talk to eggcessive or casportpony for meds they really know their stuff.
