My dog is chicken friendly. A visitor dog got loose and ran after one of my Isa Browns. She made it away but the dog grabbed her bottom. I don't know what to do... A little blood, lots of feather loss.

Keep her in a fly proof container, injuries are prone to get flystrike. As for treatment, I never actually dealt with such a bad wound, hopefully someone else can chime in later.
