Dog attack

A neighbors dog attacked one of my hens. Lots of feathers plucked and a little blood under the right wing. Shes standing on her own and has walked around a bit. Seems to be in shock right now...will let you hold her. Brought her in for the night to be more comfortable outta the heat and not be targeted by the other hens. Hopefully she eill recover.

I hope she recovers. My favorite hen got attacked by a neighbors dog and she didn't make it. :-(

So sorry to hear that. She's up and standing this morning. Keeping her in outta the heat today...has feed and water so see how she is after work. Gonna stop by the sporting goods store after work...bird scare rounds for the shotgun outta do the trick!
