My neighbor's dog attacked our chicken. I looked out the window and saw a chicken lying on the grass with feathers all around it. The dog was sniffing it.

There is no blood. She is breathing heavily. Eyes are half open.

What should I do for first aid?

Breathe....Get yourself calm then
Bring her in - check for wounds, treat them with non pain killing neosporin. Keep her warm, keep her in a darkened space, use a spoon and give her water. She is probably in shock- talk to her in a soothing quiet voice and pray a lot!

Report this to the police after you have taken pictures. The dog will be back.
Demand that your neighbor keep the dog fenced and reiterate this to the police. The dog will be back.
If it were me, I would shoot the dog, dispose of the carcase and not tell the neighbor since it should have been locked up. Would not have called the police since I took care of the problem.
Good luck...

Bring her inside and put her in a safe secure place, go tell neighbor their dog attacked one of your chickens in YOUR yard and keep it home or else.

Check her over for any wounds. If there are wounds, clean them and put a good triple antibiotic ointment or neosporin without pain reliver in it...do not put anything on her if any ingredient has "caine" in its name.

Make sure she is drinking and eating, some elctrolytes or gatorade in her water will give her a boost. Try feeing her scrambled egg or mashed boiled egg, yogurt and cooked plain oatmeal are good. Make her drink if you have to syringe it in to her.

Keep her in darkened conditions and warm. Then just give her some TLC, keep any wounds cleaned and dressed and give her time to heal.
