dog just killed chicken-can we process and eat?

can we process a chicken that my dog JUST kiilled? Just don't want it to let it go to waste...I'm so sad, but have to be realistic.

As long as the dog didn't do a lot of damage, such as puncture wounds in the abdomen that may have ruptured the intestial contents into the body cavity. If only the neck is broken, yep, process, quick
