I found these dollies at Northern Tool. I liked these because I can use them on my other coops versus having fixed wheels on each of them.

Now I need to trap or put panels on the sides and come up with nesting boxes and perches. I might need to box them in so they can stay warm in the winter.

For now I am going to make it a place for my hatchlings due in 3 days (about 21 if they all survive ). We already have 4 hens and 1 rooster, so that's 26 chickens I have to house. I have two of these dog kennels. The other one is this;

The coop inside is ok for the five we have. They free range and are only in there to lay and sleep.

You are going to need a brooder for the chicks. I use a storage bin with the central area cut out and replaced with hardware cloth.
Also, you should have hardware cloth around the bottom of the run like this...

To prevent predators digging in, and raccoons won't be able to reach in and grab sleeping chickens.
