Dog penis foreskin infection

At first I thought the area was looking differnt due to age, but now it's obvious it's inflected for some reason.
Any recommendations on what oitment to use?

Take him to the vet.

You could flush it out with peroxide or sterile saline and get some of those mastitis tubes. They work well for things like this.
