I have rabbits and a rooster and my brother wants a dog are there any dogs that will protect my animal's instead of kill them

You would have to figure out how to train them What breed do you have in mind?

Good luck. A Siberian husky may well solve your chicken problem permanently. They are nice dogs but every one I have ever known had a very high prey drive.
