Doing the HAPPY DANCE!!!

My older chickies are about 6-7 weeks now and starting yesterday, they started REALLY munching down!! When I put them in the ark this morning, they started tearing into the dandelions in the lawn!! I am sooo excited about my little weed removers!! And they started eating scraps in a serious way. Gobbled up some diced apple yesterday and licked clear a yogurt container!! Two of the main reasons I got them (after fresh eggs) is to eat the weeds and the kitchen scraps, so I am as happy as when my kids started walking!! When they start laying eggs, I will be as happy as when the teenagers move out!!!!

That's so cool. They can be like kids, can't they?? Beware, mine demolished every hosta and pretty non- weed I had in my backyard! Gotta put something up next year for a barrier. Have fun watching your little peeps. I have 5 at about 3-6 weeks and they are running around everywhere!!
