Domestic Pet Duck what to do about flying?

Yes, I've heard that some chickens can still fly if the primaries are clipped on both wings. Muscovy ducks are heavy birds that don't fly much in the first place and I've found they aren't as eager to fly over fences.
oh, thank you! Good to know! I just tried to do it by myself, but she is too squirmy so I must recruit a friend.

Just posting to give an update. I recruited a friend, and we clipped One Wing. I thought to try that first to see how it goes, and if she still can get over the fence... we will do the other.

This morning I had a scare. Before my friend arrived, Lucky flew to the top of the fence in-between my yard and the 'dangerous' neighbor yard. I was able to retrieve her, but man... it was a fright!

I really hope the clipping keeps her more grounded. Thank you all for the input.

Once you’ve done it next time hold her between your knees I kneel get my Muscovy between my knees and hold her then pull out a wing and clip if you do just one it keeps them off balance.
